How do you feel when you have a great experience with a company? Are you surprised? Impressed? Relieved? Hi, my name is John Dubil, and I’m the Director of Client Services here at AVFX, and we feel a great interaction shouldn’t stand out at all. It should be the norm. At AVFX, we believe this starts with the hiring process We rely on team members that like to solve problems and really help others.
From there, we look at every part of our process from operations training finance, and of course, engagement and execution. We then evaluate each step along the way and ask, Does this help a client? We believe that everything we do whether client-facing or behind the scenes, should contribute to your success in some shape or form. So the next time you need to inform, engage and inspire an audience, no matter how large the audience or how complex the topic, our people and technology will deliver the highest standards in the industry.
We expect that of ourselves, and so should you. Great results and client service should never be a surprise.
