Delivering award-winning trade show programs requires that every team member has clearly defined responsibilities. AVFX calls it the PartnerVendor Approach. In this case that team included the client (Hologic), the designer/builder (Czarnowski), as well as the content providers, and AVFX, who provided the AV technology infrastructure for the exhibit.
Ultimately Czarnowski was responsible for the innovative trade show booth design to present the wide range of Hologic products used to help improve and save lives through early detection and treatment. Products and demos included groundbreaking technology designed to help medical professionals achieve exceptional clinical results, making it possible to identify symptoms early, diagnose disease with greater certainty, and treat patients with compassion.
AVFX made sure the audio visual technology was seamlessly integrated into the design. Structurally, we worked with Czarnowski to make the rigging plan more flexible and less expensive to build. Then, on the aesthetic side, our lighting designers worked closely with both Czarnowski and Hologic to brighten the booth and activate the 19-foot high portraits that invited visitors into the booth.
